These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vesren iOS application. By using Vesren, or by checking that you have read the terms and the privacy note on the welcome desk and entering, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using Vesren.
Vesren is a makeup replication tool. Interface copy is in English. The service is for personal, non-commercial daily use. You can:
Stills, steps, and marks are creative references only. They are not professional salon advice or medical guidance. Results on skin may differ from stills and steps.
You must be old enough under your local law to accept these Terms and to complete App Store purchases where applicable. On the welcome desk, you must confirm that you have read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before entering the main flow. Confirming and continuing means you accept these Terms in full.
Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vesren.
You may not:
You are responsible for reference stills, after stills, product names, spoken cues, and marks you add. You must have the right to use that content, and it must not be illegal or infringe others’ rights or privacy.
Do not put another person’s name, contact details, address, or password into a product name or cue text.
There is no public feed. A set is not posted automatically.
Before the first outbound ask that sends a reference still and a short shelf list, Vesren shows an English disclosure. You may choose Agree or Not now. Without Agree, that ask does not send.
When you Agree and tap to ask for three sets, Vesren sends only the compressed reference still and the short product list (identifiers, short titles, zones, color dots, short notes). Recordings, coin balance, purchase ledger, and agreement marks are not sent with that ask.
When agreed data returns, a free trial for that action may be used first; otherwise coins are spent as shown in the interface (24 for the ask). Timeouts, empty results, cancel, or declining disclosure do not spend. If the result cannot carry the look, the previous sets may stay while the ask is still spent per product rules. You pick one set before steps are written to the desk.
Vesren offers consumable virtual coins through Apple’s App Store. Purchases start only when you tap a pay control and Apple completes checkout. Coins credit to your wallet balance and may be spent for:
Browsing the shelf, capturing or choosing stills, recording and revising before keep, and viewing unlocked steps follow the in-product rules and do not require a coin purchase to stay open.
Prices shown in the store use Apple’s localized amounts after products load. Cancel and failed purchases leave the balance unchanged.
Some features ask for system permissions when you use them:
If you decline a permission the first time, that feature stays closed for the current action. Vesren does not send you to system Settings to force-enable permissions.
Vesren’s name, interface, icons, copy, design, and software belong to their respective owners. You keep rights in content you create or lawfully obtain; you grant a limited license needed to provide the features you choose, including an outbound three-set ask after you Agree.
We may update these Terms. Updated versions will be shown in Vesren or by other reasonable means with an effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Vesren and delete the installation at any time. We may stop providing the service if you seriously violate these Terms.
